No, she is a miniature horse

If she didn't use her shoes, she would slip all over the hospital floor.

What if she need to go potty whole on the job?

Trixie is well trained and sends signals to Tiffany if there is an issue, but just in case there is an issue, we equip her with a poop bag to catch any droppings she might need to leave.

Does Trixie have to go through any training?

Yes. Hooves of Happiness is always working with our therapy animals to teach them both manners and fun tricks for you to enjoy. In addition Trixie goes through the therapy certification process so she can visit people in a hospital setting.

Does Trixie enjoy her job?

Yes, we wouldn't do it with an animal that didn't love the work. Trixie knows the routine and eagerly pulls her handler through the front door of the hospital when she arrives. She is always excited to see me friends!
